It all started in 2007 when co-founders, Neil and Gareth decided to establish the cafe and reach out into catering as well. Initially providing catering service to the main precinct and centre first and then to all areas in Brisbane.

Our Location is based in the Construction Training Centre. This site has a long and distinguished past. The Brisbane Story Bridge which is almost entirely made of Queensland materials and the major engineering and steel fabrication work was undertaken on the grounds that are now the Construction training centre.

CTC Catering and Cafe supports the construction industry with catering for meetings, training and workshops. The cafe also services the large precinct as well as the local clients in the area with fresh food made daily.
